Now that I think of it, it makes sense. The animals and the plants existed together and it was sustainable. It's ecosystem that we disrupted for centuries.

If I had the money, I buy some dessert in Texas and get some cattle on it. Few years down the road I could have grass-fed beef and help the environment.
